Terms of Service for Mjollnir

Welcome to Mjollnir , a cycle rental service offered by Project-R Mobility Private Limited ("Project-R," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Mjollnir (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian if under 13. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of Mjollnir , you may be required to register an account using a mobile phone number or Gmail. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

1. Cycle Rental and Caution Fee

• Caution Fee : A refundable caution fee is required to rent a cycle, which will be returned upon satisfactory completion of your rental. The caution fee is set by Project-R and may be adjusted from time to time.
• Usage : By scanning the QR code associated with a cycle, you can unlock and use the cycle within the permitted area. Usage rates and any additional fees will be displayed in the App.
• Docking : After completing your ride, you must return and lock the cycle at a designated docking station to avoid additional charges.

1. Health and Ride Analysis

Our App provides you with data on your ride performance, body metrics, and health insights based on the information collected during your usage. This information is intended for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional medical advice.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Damage, tamper with, or modify any cycle or docking station.
• Share, transfer, or allow others to use your account.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App's functionality or interfere with another user’s experience.

1. Payment and Fees

All payments for cycle rentals and caution fees are processed through the App. You agree to pay any applicable fees as displayed before confirming a transaction. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

1. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and other intellectual property in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the exclusive property of Project-R or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the App without express permission from Project-R.

1. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project-R and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the App or cycles, including any physical injuries or damages during cycle rental and use.

The App and all services provided are on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Project-R makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App's operation, availability, or reliability.

1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project-R, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

1. Termination

Project-R may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have acted inconsistently with the spirit of these Terms.

1. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to them or the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and State of Telangana.
